For your note, Vaman Avatar means the dwarf form of lord Vishnu. And Balram was not the reincarnation of lord Vishnu. Lord Krishna came next after lord Ram. Balram was the elder brother of lord krishna & he was the reincarnation of Shesh Nag or Aadi Shesha who is a thousand headed great serpent on whom Lord Vishnu take rest or reside along with goddess Lakshmi in the cosmic ocean or Kshir-sagar ( ocean of milk). Hindu beliefs say that Lord Vishnu is sleeping & dreaming. In his dream, the multiple worlds are running like that. Thanks 👍
