The Line Style toolbar contains quick access tools to change the line attributes of the currently selected markup(s). These tools will be unavailable/dimmed when a markup with no line attributes is selected. If the toolbar is currently hidden, go to View > Toolbars and select it to show it. I have highlighted all my measurements using the shift key and grouped them together. When I go to pdf summary, it will only print the measurement that is showing on the group tab. How do I print all the measurements in the group?
In order to print all the measurements and resolve this issue, you might need to use the filter and sort option. Here are some steps to follow: Check Your Settings: Once you have selected the PDF summary, a dialog box will appear. Make sure you have the right columns selected, and that the summary is filtered and sorted by the respective groups. Filter and Sort: Use the filter and sort options in the PDF summary settings to ensure all measurements are included. I clicked on your video hoping to hear how to modify the "Properties" toolbar, which is clearly not as customizable as the other toolbars. Basically, I'd like to break the contents into two toolbars so the information is not off the screen with smaller displays/monitors.
Hi Kevin the Properties toolbar is dynamic and its status changes depending on what you are doing in Revu at that moment. We did do a more recent video discussing it here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ysOXyH82uFQ.html Unfortunately for now its not as customisable as other toolbars.
Worst instructions I have ever had to follow. I encountered so many issues trying to create a custom detail callout and this video doesn't provide any insight

Around the 4:10 point you describe how to create a legend out of selected items. When I try that my legend shows the markups for the whole page. Any idea why you are able to create a legend out of a selection and I am not? I am running Bluebeam Extreme Version 20.2.70.
Bluebeam isn't showing all of the properties options in the side panel dropdown. For instance when I use Text Box, the appearance dropdown is cut off after 'text color' but I can see that there's another option below it. Same thing is happening for the other dropdown menus cutting off some of the options. Any idea how to fix this?

Hi Yadav, unfortunately certain command hotkeys cannot be changed in Bluebeam Revu. In this case "CTRL + C" is reserved as you would have noticed when you try to change it. A workaround to this is to go to the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center download page and download the application. After you download and install Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center, you can use it to manage your peripherals. Make sure you have them paired and connected to your system. Now you can open the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center app, select the device you want to set up for instance a mouse, go to the "Basic Settings" tab, select the button on the mouse or in the button list, choose how you want the button to behave or what you want it to do. Select the application for which you want to add specific mouse actions, select the button to assign a function, select a preset function to assign to the button, you can also choose a specific keyboard shortcut to execute or record a macro to run when the button pressed. The lap would be difficult to calculate because there's no standard variable to build into a calculation. If it were a continuous strip footing, you could maybe add the lap distance for every length of bar. I would typically capture the lap in a waste factor calculation. Great questions Andrew!
