This video was actually very awesome. No my question is I just did my 600 mile maintenance service in the dealership change the oil. How am I supposed to know that they knew that they should install the oil filter after the new oil?
I just bought a 2023 triumph tiger with 600 miles and the dealership conducted the maintenance service of the 600 mile. Do you think that I should change the oil again just in case they didn’t install the filter after the engine oil ? I guess I don’t wanna keep riding the bike, knowing that there is a airlock in the engine.
@@tiagojgoncalves4898 that’s going to be up to you whether you trust the dealership maintenance department or not. But if it was me I would honestly do whatever helps me sleep better at night.
I’ve had a white one for just over a year put 3700 miles on it and absolutely love it, pulls hard at low speeds, fits me I’m 6ft with 33in leg, getting 68mpg from new and is a real blast to ride at legal speeds.
The suspension is adjustable... Loctite prevents bolts from backing out.... I agree that the headlight is ugly.... I have never owned a motorcycle that does not hold in water in places you cannot get to.... Overall, you struggled to find minute dislikes because it is a badass muscle bike.
Hey man, great content. I know you don't have the XDiavel no more but I wanted to ask where did you get the termignoni exhaust installed when you had the XD? I Live in the Bay Area and I know dealer will not install it in CA. Also if you don't mind how much did you pay for the install? did they do the keycap? Cheers man
I had it done at euro cycle in Reno Nevada. It cost about 800 for the install. That included exhaust, filter, a rear tire, and yes the USB key it came with to tune it I believe.
Great video. I did everything mentioned, the oil fill is about 3/4 full on sight glass. The engine oil fill shows up when I power the bike on, when I start up it goes away. When I shut off it comes back on, not sure what's going on here.

@@jesseonamotorcycle mmmm i wouldn't say that - it won a best naked bike of the year in 2023... I think the problem is the title - this is a first ride, this is a first look, this is a review of sorts - nowhere is that detailed in the title and I really expected just a 360 of the bike in this colour specifically (again, see title for why). For what it's worth the video is great - I think if you want bigger numbers - be more creative with titles and thumbnails.
Have yet to see one of these in person, looks like a good machine Decide on your next one yet Jesse? (if you get the opportunity, check out the low chassis R1250 GS/A may be a lot more ride able to you than the tiger was.)
I’ve always wanted to test ride a BMW. I haven’t gotten a chance. This bike for the price is not bad to be honest. It’s fun on the low end and feels solid.
@@jesseonamotorcycle go to a bmw dealership & ask, most are very willing. while they are excellent bikes they do have their flaws, any bike will, in the ADV segment they are some of the most comprehensively well thought out bikes on the market IMHO. (if you have not seen the dork's review, do so, it is accurate, as much as people want to hate on them, you cant after you ride one)

just bought mine after a red-light runner took out my 2005 650 vstrom. I'm still finishing the break-in period but I can 100% agree this bike has tons of low end torque. pulls up very steep grades with a passenger at 2500-3000 rpm no problem. as far as the suspension goes It's stiffer than my previous ride but also fully adjustable. great bike with lots of features IMO

This color and the blue with the blacked out motor is my favorite look.I almost want to trade my Breakout in but my riding days are getting shorter plus I already had a Street Glide in 15.
@@jesseonamotorcycle it's easy to identify, you were in Road Mode not Sport mode. You also can get a taller windshield to reduce wind buffeting. I have the 10" on my 24' SG.
I highly recommend checking out Indians. I did a demo ride roughly 3 years ago on many of their bikes, mostly the baggers and cruisers and if it's torque you're looking for they definitely have it. Plus they're somewhat cheaper than Harleys. Goodluck finding your new bike ✌️
Damn welcome back, thought you gave up vlogging. First off, I still think you shouldnt have gotten rid of the Xdiavel, that was a SICK SEXY bike. Hell I still want to get one at some point down the road. 2nd, damn 24k for that? Thats absolutely wild, way too expensive. I think you should shop around for a used one. I got my first Harley a few years ago. A 2011 Road King, previous owner barely rode it and only had around 9k miles. Plus it was done up Vicla style which is what I wanted. Love the spoked rims and ape hangers. I still have my 2 Vics as well. Anyways bro glad to see you back on 2 wheels, looking forward to seeing more vids

Jessie I love your bike so much I bought one! Seriously. I flyin out from Chicago to L.A. April 25th to pick it up and then ride it 2400 home. Hey on your helmet is that a mic plug in set up to connect your Go Pro to your Sena or Cardo on your helmet. I gotta figure that out so my videos are good like yours.
doing my own annual service, so this is helpful. the manual says I need to take the sump guard off before changing the oil, but doesn't look like you did that. Is that really necessary? There's a hole in the sump guard for the drain plug, so I'm not sure why it says to do that.
Thanks for the support. Everything is well. I just don't have a motorcycle at the moment. I sold the Tiger. It was too tall and top heavy for me. I'll have another motorcycle hopefully soon and I'll get back to posting videos.
@jesseonamotorcycle understandable, went the 1250gsa route myself after the local triumph dealership went kinda flaky on me, glad I did, remarkably not top heavy, air filter access doesn't require tank removal, and rear wheel removal doesn't need 7 different tools, has its flaws for sure but is far better thought out hope whatever the new bike you are getting is, it works awesome for you.
@@advidaho8643 good choice! Congrats on your new bike. You are right about the air filter. Once I found out I had to remove the tank to get to it I knew I needed to sell it lol. But the Tiger was an awesome bike. It can be a great bike for some people but just wasn't a match for me.
@jesseonamotorcycle I was willing to put up with it if the dealership hadn't flaked out on the deal we had agreed to, but for sure it is a major drawback. Btw if you get another adv, consider motoz tires, WAY better than Karoos
5’7?? God bless you, more proof that the size of a bike doesn’t matter. I’m 5’11 and have the RP, that big gas tank doesn’t help the top heavy feel. I absolutely love mine, the best bike I’ve ever owned. Had about 15 including Harley’s
Sorry for the sarcasm, but I'm always amazed when people drop or crash their motorcycles and proceed to tell the world about it. They'll take pictures of their expensive motorcycle lying there. And some people will stand on it and beat their chest as if they somehow conquered it, which to me shows that there is some kind of fear involved. I'm also amazed how people stand on the pegs like it's some cool trick. It's what you're supposed to do. We did it on bicycles in grade school. Again, sorry for the sarcasm, but this is one of those posts that I don't like. If I drop my expensive 500lb motorcycle, I'm not going to take pictures of it and tell the world that I messed up.
