Years ago, when my wife and I visited ST. George for the first time, we knew right away we wanted to call this place home! A few months later we moved our family here from Las Vegas and that has been one of the best decisions we have ever made! Saint George is amazing. According to air bnb you can rent a very nice place for very little money - cheaper than a hotel. So I don't see how owning an air bnb would pay for itself or even be a good investment. It would be much cheaper to simply rent. Am I wrong on that ? I just don't see how it would pencil out.
Great video however, please refrain from using the word "Master" when describing the main bedroom , as it has been deemed inappropriate by current industry standards. Use "Primary " instead.
A correction for this video about Horizon: only a couple days of filming took place out near the airport. A few days were out past Ivins, a few in Apple Valley, and a week or so outside of Zion. The rest of the first two chapters were filmed in the Moab area.
@@venetianphantom thank you for that! I should have know that too because i lived in Santa Clara when they filmed in Ivins and would drive by that blocked off road past the Indian res all the time where they were filming! So beautiful out there!
Ummm yeah I am pretty sure the only reason you're "passionate" about real estate is because it's the only profession where any dummy can watch 120 hours of video then proceed to demand what a Dr makes. 6 % of a home sale for doing absolutely nothing I can't do on the internet should be a crime. Oh and btw the first time buyer incentive program you mentioned is as per the usual only aimed at low income people. Not every first time home buyer qualifies

The most common are rat snakes, California king, and gopher snakes, which look like rattlesnakes, but are not poisonous and do not have a rattle. A lot of the snakes stay clear of people and you will not see them in your yard that often. Most of the snakes can be found on hiking trails in the mountains.
Im 51 years old and was born and raised in the lds church. I love Utah and plan on living here until I die. I was a very active member in the lds church and raised my family to be so as well. I was serving in the bishopric when my faith began to unravel. At age 43 I left and two years later my wife and I formally resigned our memberships. Being an ex member as come with a price. I think if I had never been a member, it might be easier to live here. It is probably even more difficult because I was a leader in my ward. Now there are only a few who talk to us. We are still good people and good neighbors. They just don't know what to say. I don't blame them. Hopefully the culture can change.
We are going through the same thing, my husband was Bisop of our ward for over 5 years. We love it here but sometimes wonder if it would be better to move elsewhere and start over.
What does the private Christian school situation look like in STG? We fell in love with stg when we stayed at the entrada. I’m from Costa Mesa where Calvary chapel originated. Everyone we met in Utah was soooo nice and service in every business we experienced was good. People has a strong sense of integrity.
When we first moved here we interviewed two Christian Private schools here and really were not that impressed. That is why we have decided to home school and the kids are loving it. Entrada is amazing! Need to do a video there soon! Let me know if you guys ever want to start looking at real estate here!
@@St.georgerealestate of all the cities were exploring STG is the top of our list. My husband may retire in 2 years, it’s an idea we are exploring. Depending on how things go in CA, which isn’t very promising. We’ll probably do a visit around Christmas, to get a sense of the winters and I stay subscribed to the local STG news & real estate channels to see what’s going on there.
The confederate flag at the intro was unnecessary and irrelevant. The area is honestly 65-70% lds. They are generally good people with good values. My critiques are that they generally are unoriginal and follow each other and perhaps the leaders without critical thought. This culture is very monochromatic. Not much spice. This being said they are generally hard working, honest, non violent, and respectful. Another surprise was that that they are bit materialistic and have less humility when promoting their wealth than I would have expected. In this culture being showy with your house, truck , boat is very common. Definitely not the crime of the century.
