We make the outdoors accessible. We believe in freeing the outdoors from the wild and giving people the ability to enjoy the natural world. We aim to create outdoor products and experiences that inspire people to step outside, connect with nature, and cultivate happy memories together. It’s the little things that make a difference. That’s why we’re called Outisan - the outdoor artisans.
I would really like the ability to steer it with the handle. That way I can ride it like a toy car. I'm light enough and this would save the effort of me walking.
I am a professional photographer living in Dallas Texas, And I use a conventional wagon all of the time for event photography and on location photo shoots and I believe that this would be a great tool to try out in the field. Is it possible to receive one of these wagons to test and review and give my feedback!?
There is a company called Litheli coming out with an E-wagon. It will also have options for wheels for the beach and snow. When will Outisan do beach wheels? Many donators have asked this important question many times.
The e-Wagon looks very appealing, but I had a few questions: 1. Can the e-Wagon be used on dry sand at the beach with the current wheels? Or will it sink too much and get stuck/need more effort by the operator? 2. Is there any way to swap wheels to more beach-friendly "balloon-style sand" tires? 3. Any plans for additional accessories like racks to hold beach chairs, or perhaps pole inserts or clamps to allow for bracing things like a beach umbrella to the wagon for support? Looking forward to hearing your replies. Thanks...
Hi Michael, Thank you for your questions. Please check our responses to them: 1. We've deliberately developed wheels that are wider than other conventional utility wagons to give you a better all-round performance on different kinds of surfaces. Talking about using on the beach, this is something we've thought about a lot when we were developing the e-Wagon. We've completed multiple tests on the packed sand (with 110 lbs of stuff inside the wagon) and shared video in the FB group with the community. In terms of soft/loose sand, to be honest, balloon tires are pretty spot on when you're carrying your gear at the beach with soft sand. At Outisan, we want to make the great outdoors accessible to everyone. When we developed the e-Wagon, our very first product, we wanted to create a one-stop solution that offers the best overall performance across different terrains. That's why we chose all-terrain rubber wheels, not the balloon tires. 2. Our e-Wagon has high-density rubber wheels that are designed for all-terrain purposes. We DO understand that many friends are looking for interchangeable wheels for soft sand beach, and we did bring up this idea with our product team for discussion. However, due to how we utilize brushless in-wheel motors, a gyroscope, motion sensors, and advanced algorithms to provide you with the smoothest utility wagon experience, the current design and the product definition could not support for replaceable tires for this e-Wagon at this moment. Our main focus for this version is to support our users to use the wagon under various situations. 3. Thank you for bringing up this great idea as an additional accessory. We do understand that every user is looking for handy accessories to enhance their experience with using the product. Our current accessory collection is based on pre-launch survey. We will consider this idea as one of our add-on options in the future. Hope these answer your questions. Thanks.
does it work on a rough, rocky alpine [as in the Alps in Europe ] mountain trail ? ( I won't ask if it works on top of a Glacier side Morraine because nothing works there except bipeds and quadrupeds )
Hi Guillaume, Apologies for the late response. Our e-Wagon can be used in mountainous areas because the tire material is resistant to wear, and the tread design helps to increase traction.
Hi Jean, apologies for the delay in responding to your question. Talking about using on the beach, this is something we've thought about a lot when we were developing the e-Wagon. We've completed multiple tests on the packed sand (with 110 lbs of stuff inside the wagon). In terms of soft/loose sand, to be honest, balloon tires are pretty spot on when you're carrying your gear at the beach with soft sand. We've deliberately developed wheels that are wider than other conventional utility wagons to give you a better all-round performance on different kinds of surfaces. Think of the all-round performance of all-terrain and all-season tires on an SUV or an offroader.
