hi, I will fly from Milan to Munich and then to Dublin. Both legs with lufthansa. But I will fly into T1 and will need to go to T2 for the Dublin leg. i only have 1hr 10 mins to transfer. Would you know if i will need to go through passport control and security again when I'm in Munich( I have carry on only)? Do you think that's enough time or I should just book another flight to be safe? thank you so much!😊
@@MByrne-z4z When you like to go to the Lounge in T1 it is not enough Time. If you want to relax in the lounge, I can only recommend that you plan at least 2:30 transfer time.
It’s like a silent policy among the staff. If you ask them how to go to terminal 1 or 2 they will direct you to the direction of bus. Like skyline wasn’t supposed to be an option. You need to ask where is the skyline then only they will lead you there.
Hello where is sixt diamond lounge? We are arriving to terminal 1 from MIA/ Miami/ and due to diamond status with sixt will be picking car by the lounge, thank you so much
Hey, thank you so much for the video! I have a quick question, My mom will be arriving at FRA from Vilnius at T1 and will take a flight to Abu Dhabhi from T2. Her layover is around 4 hours at FRA. Will she have to go through Border Control/Immigration and Security when changing terminals? I'm asking because my mom is an Indian Citizen and will be visiting me in Paris (on a french schengen visa) for my graduation this month! Thank you for your help in advance :)
Thank you for this video! It helped me to quickly and painlessly negotiate between the two. If you have your T2 boarding pass, you can enter the security check, seen on the left at 6:18 on this video just past the aerotren exit.
It really depends on how busy there is. but after 30 minutes at the latest you will be in the other terminal. If things go well, you can do it in a shorter time
So as someone who’s coming from us and going to Greece after our get off my flight I am at the a gates and I would proabbaly having to go to the a or b gates so I would have to go through security and passport control or just passport control?
Hi, that's definitely possible. I did that just 4 weeks ago. At the side of the security check you can go to the b gates (towards C1) or use the Skytrain. Just plan some time as you have to go through the security check again.
Why did you skip border control? Im confused. I have a flight and I land at Gate B46 and have to go to A23. Should I take the tunnel. Is the tunnel before or after the border control? Thanks
Well this video show you the way from B Schengen area to the a gates and border control Z gates Frankfurt Airport Walk Non Schengen B-Gates to Non Schengen Z-Gates Connection Flight. Look at this video and follow the sign to the a gates ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-t-hzwBzeEO4.html
@@iflyforyoutv5888 Do I have to go again trough security? Because o watched the video you recommended me and you went trough security. I saw people going from B gates non schengen to A gates schengen without going again trough security. Is there a way? Because I land from US at B46 and have a flight to Vienna from A23.
Hi there, I land at 13H25 from Emirates (Terminal 1) - have a connecting flight with Lufthansa (Terminal 2) at 15H15. I have to go through passport control as well as am from non-Schengen area and flying to Schengen area. Is passport control in Terminal 1 or Terminal 2? Is the shuttle after or before passport control as I don't think I can walk between terminals with the amount of luggage I have and I have a heart condition so may have to walk slower. I have just under 2 hours to make it, so a bit worried - to make time to check in at Lufthansa to make my flight.
Hi :) Since you still have to collect your luggage in Terminal 1, the passport control is in Terminal 1. When the airport is in normal operation, it can be done even at slow speeds. There is no bus connection on land. What you can also do is book the VIP service. He will then take care of everything for you.
Thanks for the reply, the Munich Airport website states: A free shuttle bus runs between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. The signs to your connecting gate will direct you to the shuttle bus. The bus runs every 10 minutes from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. every 20 minutes Is this untrue? Does the shuttle not exist?
Hi, after the a security area and the duty free shop you go left and 30 seconds later you can go (left side) through the border control. Yes there have egates for eu passports
Hi, I will be arriving from Toronto to Munich via Lufthansa and have 1 hour 20 minutes before I depart to Ljubljana Slovenia via Lufthansa Cityline. Carry on only. Will this be enough time? Do we need to go through security and passport check?

Hi , I will be fliting tomorrow from Spain to Munich via Lufthansa , then I have to go to Singapore airlines, what terminal are they in? Is 1 hour 20 minutes enough?also what can I do if the wheeled chair service did not show up upon landing in Munich from Spain? What terminal Singapore airlines? Thank you ❤ and Kind regards
Hi, I'm not familiar with the wheelchair service. But I can tell you that both airlines are in Terminal 2 and if you land on time, you can make your connecting flight. I wish you a good journey ✈
Hi! I'll be taking the Eurostar train from CDG airport to Amsterdam, your video walk through should be the same right? instead of going left for air france, i should go right towards the train?
I was able to find my way after your video a few times, with several pauses & rewinds, and then coordinating with signs as I was walking through the airport myself. Your video would be more helpful if you first described the general goal, which is to take the free inter-terminal airport shuttle (CDGVAL) to Terminal 3 and follow the signs to the Hilton. Paused frames with the signage highlighted would help too. That would have made it more evident to me, especially since I came front Terminal 2 instead of Terminal 1. Thank you for your video
Thanks a lot for your comment. A video from Terminal 2 to the Hilton hotel will come soon. With my videos I have to find a middle ground so that everyone can get along. Some want the signs to be shown and the video to stop and others want me to simply show the way. What I can promise you is that I will continue to try to show it as understandably as possible.
