Missing Dayton mn. 48% growth over 3 years. City went from 7k in 2020 to 11.4k by July 2024. Most data shows about 10k for 2023 still. Star Tribune did an article on this in 2024. This doesnt even add that a 650 unit apartment complex is set to break ground in 2025 as well as 2 more housing developments totally 145 acres on top of the current developments. I'll add you gotta Google the Dayton border because Dayton shares Maple Grove and Osseo Zip Codes which can make it confusing on which city you actually are in.
