Reva acts like she was born a Lewis. She was their maids daughter who married 3 Lewis men. I guess that entitles her to claim the Lewis bloodline. Reva acts like she's better than Olivia. All of the women in Springfield think they're better than Olivia. I have news for them. None of them are better. Olivia worked hard to get where she is. She came from nothing. But you wouldn't know it, just by looking at her. Reva really hasn't made a good name for herself. She was known as the town sl*t. She's been married more than everyone on the show. She has 5 kids by 4 different men. Beth has 3 children by 2 different men. Harley has 3 children by 3 different men. Cassie has 3 kids. 1 adopted, but the other 2 have different dads. Olivia, 2 children, 2 father's. But one of them was due to r**e. She isn't at fault for that child. So it's 1 child, 1 father for Olivia. Blake is a non factor. I forget about her.
I don't get Olivia. She's a smart & very strong woman. I don't know why she doesn't tell Bill, what Alan has her doing. He could help her. I'm so tired of her trying to do everything on her own. I don't know why she always believes Alan. If someone had me committed to a mental hospital, there's no way I'd be working for his company. Alan is holding a grudge against Olivia, because she loved, slept with & had a baby with Phillip. And she didn't love him. As many times she's worked for Spaulding, she has never gotten ahead & she never will. Alan just strings her around, like a marionette. And she falls for the okie doke, every time....The only person Olivia didn't lie too or keep secrets from, was Natalia, after Gus died. She was mean to her in the beginning, but after she fell for her, she couldn't even bring herself to cheat on her with Josh & they weren't even an item yet.
I love Olivia, God knows I do. But she should stay by herself. I understand wanting to get ahead in life, for your child's sake, but not to the tune of selling your soul to the devil himself....Bill is a liar & keeps secrets from Olivia, then wants to start in on Olivia for doing the same thing. Every time he see's Harley, he makes up a lie & goes out to see her. Then he can't understand why Olivia is upset.
I never saw this when it originally aired, so discovering Olivia's journey from Josh to Alan/Philip is fascinating. The performances from everyone are stellar. However, this scene is so hard to watch. I don't understand how Olivia could see Philip's mental state and essentially push him further over the edge. Of course, I understand the threat from Livvie, but there had to be another way. This just feels cruel. Grant is killing these scenes. This whole storyline is his greatest work on the show.
Little Shawn-Douglas Brady is calling for Hope. It's so heartbreaking just watching a little kid that age calling out to his/her/their dead mother. It's so sad and very heartbreaking to hear that all Shawn-Douglas wants is Hope not Bo just Hope. Shawn-Douglas eventually does warm up to Carly though however. But missing Hope well Shawn-Douglas will never get over the fact that Hope's "dead".
This Jencon Construction business almost cost Victor his little grandson's life. So to make sure something like this never happens again. Victor's personal involvement in keeping his son Bo and grandson Shawn-Douglas safe and protected. Taking down Jencon would be Victor's most pleasure. Whatever is Bo's battle it's Victor's battle too. As I said before. Jencon Construction almost cost Bo his and Hope's little boy and Victor his little grandson. So putting a permanent end to Jencon Oil Construction is definitely what Victor planned to do. If it means that Shawn-Douglas is never in a dangerous situation like this again then so be it. Yes Victor is Bo's biological father and Shawn-Douglas's biological grandfather it makes complete sense that this is very personal and important to and for Victor Kiriakis because Bo,Shawn-Douglas, Ciara, Chelsea Claire, little Bo jnr,Isabella, Brady, Xander and Victoria are all especially part of Victor's biological family. As so is Phillip Kiriakis too.
