Definitely like the guns. They feel futuristic, sound punchy, and have the small details like the bolt and reload animation where the character "pressurizes?" the breech. So far, I am quite excited about your game and already imagine playing it with my coop band. Keep up the great work!
hey man im on my alt youtube but i review games and post the reviews online this game looks really interesting and if i can get early access to test the game it whould be great if you reply
I think you have a great concept here, and an advantage over the AAA space which has been stuck in a rut for years now. With that said, the gunplay, the foley, and objectives need some work. I’m not sure what else you’ve got in store, but showing off a hack-n-hold objective doesn’t excite me to get in there and boldly do what I’ve done a thousand times before.
Hope this game has a lot more enemy variety and density at launch, this looked pretty boring. I like the concept but you need to amp things up by a lot
Love the feel of Division-like sentries. I would be fine with optional PvP in a specific, opt-in server. But incentivize not always needing to engage in combat against other players, like in the Division Dark Zone, or Bungie’s Marathon (see ViDoc). But like Destiny, I think this game would excel in primarily PvE. Friendly fire could potentially be funny though, thinking like Helldivers. At the end of the day, if PvP means including DRM (as cheating would likely be rampant), then screw the idea.
Looks fantastic, gives me Borderlands vibes. Shocked it's built in Unity. Really curious what your long term plans are, to deal with the runtime fee, and the looming possibility of insolvency at Unity.
I don't say this often but this might be a day 1 purchase for me. Will this be playable in solo too or is it COOP only? Please make it like Deep Rock Galactic where one can play solo, with randoms, or with friends. If it'll be coop with friends only, I won't be able to play it for obvious reasons 😅
I LOVE coop games, but this just looks boring. Where's the tension? The excitement? "We got fire" "Yeah" "Yup" Oh yeah, I can really feel the urgency and panic, struggling to contain the fire and getting out of there alive. The ground combat doesn't look fun either. Just a handful of boids flying in your face. I wouldn't even know how to convince my friends to play. What's the hook? Gotta jump ship on this game.
Great if it stay's PvE. Too many titles try to do it all, get sidetracked, limit co-op scope & waste loads of devtime on a gamemode that will be justempty lobbies and <1% of playerbase uses. See any of Warframe's PvP modes.
A few things: you don't need the body-parser library. Express has built-in functionality to parse incoming requests with URL-encoded payloads and is based on a body parser.
