see those yellow-black things in the back? kick those, throw with your hip, slow and frequent until you can't take the pressure without feeling pain, then speed up, they are in every parking lot, thick trees work well too, just remember you want flat contact the reason why it hurts to shin-kick knees and other shins is surface area (small-just as hard targets) which is why you want to connect on your opponent's muscle/nerves (larger-softer targets); above the knee or under the back-side of the calf
Hey man, I believe because this is an exhibition fight or a sparring event and there's only 3 rounds. So if they don't go all out during the first and second round, then what is the point? If you're talking about a full thai bout with 5 rounds, conserving energy during the first and second round is understandable.
