I think Skrillex produces or at least checks his songs all slow like this... like adjusts BPM inside live. A lot of Aphex Twin records sound really dope and intricate all slowed down. Aphex Twin might even produce his music slowed like this too so I wouldn't be surprised. Especially because he's probably the biggest inspiration to Skrillex's anyway.
