My story… I was introduced to ASMR 5 years ago by a close friend of mine. I fell in love with the community because it is such a loving, positive & accepting place!
I have always been very adamant on finding my inner peace. Whether that be meditation, spending time in nature, or even just laying in my bed, watching an ASMR video.
