DS2 Ancient Dragon is shitty fight but his OST is one of the best OST in DS2, I recommend you listen to that OST :) Fromsoftware always gives the best OSTs to bosses that are very average or bad xD, example: Skeleton Lords and Royal Rat Ruthority, I recommend those too.
You know, out of the big challenging DS3 bosses (Nameless King, Friede, Midir and Gael) Friede was always the one i struggled with the most. She just felt too fast compared to the rest of the game. Nameless king is easily my favorite of the 4, with midir being my least favorite. That said, they are all in my top 5. Abyss Watchers is my favorite fight overall, just because of what that fight is all about, and the set up leading into it. That said DS3s OST is top tier. Some of the best boss themes in gaming.
4:00 I need to know, does he think it was made up? Bank robbers in the 70's in Stockholm, yeah it happened. Bruce Willis had a hit film in the 80's when they played on it, it was called Die Hard
3:42 What? It's not like Jerusalem syndrome, it's an actual thing cops can understand. Victims feel for their captures to survive, it happened.. Same syndrome as battered wife basically. The later had more punishment, but the recoil is about the same.
CUUUURSE YOOOOU BAYLE! This ost represents you and Igon, 2 noble knights come to slay the dragon. The second part represents the sheer terror of Bayle. And that last bit that sounds similar to the begging but ends softly represents Igon finally at peace after killing Bayle. You will come to love Igon, the true main character!
Bayle is definitely not the best fight but it's very fun and extremely cinematic! It seems almost unanimous that Messmer the Impaler is the best fight in the dlc
Remember that "Dannebrog" the danish flag is the oldest national flag in the world. The myth is that it fell from the sky as a sign from god in 1219 at a battle in Estland led by Valdemar Atterdag. Dannebrog stand as the template for all other skandinavian flags regarding the design with the cross.
First thing which falls is national army, the goverment and everything else. But what's left is partisians and that's what happened in Poland during WW2. That's why we had Warsaw Uprising in 1944. People will never let go. People will fight to the last drop of blood. Even if formal structures of country has fallen long time ago.
Sainte Seans did songs that was kinda like sound effects (e.g., Carnival of the Animals). This song is about a violinist standing on a hill in the middle of a cemetery using violin to raise the dead. Then they start dancing around him and go back in their graves when the sun rises. That's why the song is called Dance of the Dead.
It's not from WWII (i tam też były inne takie same zeczy np. Wieluń, Wołyń, Katyń (nasze serca są z tobą)), it's from the period of the partitions when even speaking polish was punishable by death.
It's more history than propaganda (although currently true), Poland was a country before 1795, it's lands were taken by Russia, Prussia and Austria and throughout history the Polish people never stopped staging uprisings and never backed down from their country being a country again, hence why
The reference to Napoleon Bonaparte is for how he taught them the Polish legions how to fight and win, not that he helped in ths revolutions but there were Polish legions in Italy plus during this time Dąbrowski and co. remade the country of Poland which was killed in 1795, it was called the Duchy of Warsaw.
The titles is pronounced Mazurek Donbrovskiego, and the translation is Dąbrowski's march, the line it's refering to is: "Jeszcze Polska nie zginęła Póki my żyjemy" , in the song, not the title.
I did like your video. Thank you for uploading. The romans did conquer the region, it was named Dacia before that. It was the last teritory conquered by the Romans and the very first abandoned. We romanians actually stil call ourselfs, in our language, romans with just a slight slavic accent. Dacia after conquest by the romans, was heavily romanised. In the conquered teritory there were virtually no dacians left and was heavilly populated with roman citizens, mostly from the south of Italy. Dacia was not conquered in its entirety, there was a good chunk still inhabited by dacian tribes. Hence why my DNA even 1900 years later is 54% from the south of Italy, only 16% thracian(dacian), the rest is a small mix of german11%, hungarian10% and slavic9%. Vlad the Impaler or Vlad Dracula is seen to this day as national hero that stopped at least termporarly the ottoman's empire expansion into the Balkans. The national anthem is hinting at the Ottoman empire, Hungarians and Russians as barbaric tyrants. The three colors in the flag representing the three regions of modern day Romania(Transilvania, Moldova, Valachia) that were inhabited largely by romans(romanians in english)or not to create confusion bettwen ancient romans and whatever was left of a once mighty empire, in eastern Europe over a thousand years later, are named today romanians in english.
I have been listening to it for several days, after discovering it on the Internet at an event held in the 1980s, and I have not stopped listening to it. For my taste, I think it is one of the 3 ó 4 most hymns beautiful things in the world. It is fascinating, and for a hymn to be beautiful, it has to come from feeling and emotion, and this hymn has all that...Very exciting..😮😮👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍👍
I already hate this Anthem but this version just absolutely made me 🤮 Why did you choose to react to this version?? 🙄 anyways please react to "Nkosi sikelele" South African Anthem 🙌💯❤💚
Me suscribo.
New to your channel mate! I loved this song and the whole esthetic of this fight. Especially appreciate the twisted version of the merchant theme in it. “AAHHHH, MAY CHAOS TAKE THE WORLD! MAY CHAOS. TAKE. THE WORLD!!” Edit: Also, My goodness dude those shades are freaking boss!
Maybe it's just me but I don't like it. ''Tyrannical barbarians'', ok as in the states that were trying to conquer us... 200 years ago.. who are our allies today. I don't think it's very nice of us to sing this in 2024. The Ottoman Empire doesn't even exist anymore.
