Huh I knew he was taking drugs to not be as nervous as he could be. It's possible that Michael has seen his real face more than once, but he could be convinced that his father is simply too nervous. It doesn't follow from anything that he went to his buddies seeing a different, less pathological picture of the family, that's why he was convinced that every father has it except Henry. I think that getting to know Henry gives Michael a different picture of his father than Tyrant, plus I like the details where William has in his thoughts that hidden madman that he originally is. I liked that detail in the blue capsules of the 'fnaf comic version', it was an addition to who we're dealing with. Even in the canon, it doesn't fit for me that he would hit Elizabeth. He would rather say firmly that he doesn't want her company 'still putting it mildly', although the image of exactly the same asshole is still there. But it's practically a confirmed canon that William is an asshole to others, and to his own family, so all his crooked actions don't surprise me at all. I've also read the book version, so I won't be surprised by any of his reactions. I'm also glad that this is one of the examples where William has black hair, they make him out to be a guy with dark brown hair more often than a guy with black hair. The situation with the baby was an accident for me, the victims were probably supposed to be other children, and Elizabeth got close to Circus Baby of her own free will
