I was successfully able to replicate the same idea looking at this video. How do i reduce the low end speed even more. Want to use my hammer drill as electric screw driver

Thanks, I built a thermal electric refrigerator from a Peltier cooler and a Styrofoam box. I've got one of these thermostats included on it . I forgot how to use it.
Can we replace the bulb with motor with AC 220 AND 4 W without having to connect separetly to a separate power source like you did for the bulb but however by using only 12 v adapter as the power source . Please help
