There is a lot of arm and use of the lower back to pull the paddle. There needs to be a body drop on the paddle and also leg drive to apply power. this way the larger muscles are being used, lats, chest, quads.
The men in the 2-3-4 seat cannot keep up with the pacers.. they’re late. This destroys the timing in the boat. No one rotates through the stroke. Trying to figure out how the girl on the right in the blue got so wet… I have plenty more 😮
