This is so stupid, clipping means editing videos, cutting this, adding that and so much more. Only a part of it it’s reused content, the rest is original, which creates original content based on other content. And that happens in books, movies and even in the majority of youtube’s videos, in which a content creator comments videos from another person, and creates something new with their commentary. That youtube uses that to deny you monetization is laughable. I hope that this gets fixed as soon as possible, you don’t deserve this. Sending hugs and my full support to both of you ❤❤❤ (Also, if youtube doesn’t give back monetization, maybe you could open patreon or ko-fi, just saying)
We don't know. We were already taking editing and clipping commissions from friends in the chuuba community but I (Inwa) don't think we can do much else to stay afloat. We aren't abandoning the channel or anything, this is a channel built on the love and admiration we have towards the vtubers and this community so it will continue on but maybe we should focus on creating our own content now to avoid angering RU-vid...

Thank you Dralin. We really hope we can continue doing this because we have so many plans and so many people we WANT to showcase. The issue is this has happened to other clippers before and we haven't heard of any one of them able to revert it...
