Maybe it's due to the fact that these high schools (and colleges) don't mess with the 320-400-320 outfield fence distance parameter that their ballpark looks quite nice to play in.

It would be good if the county made a drone video and more information for the Crosby-Ironton over look (mountain bike park) had a site like this with a drone video and information. Please build a store in Northport Alabama, you would be in the hub of lots of small cities and just across the river from Tuscaloosa Alabama. There’s no way you could lose. You would draw business from Tuscaloosa, Centerville, Gordo, Reform, Carrollton Fayette, Brookwood, Bessemer and Birmingham and numerous farming communities!
Poor time to think about building, building materials are up several hundred percent and climbing. As the state of Minnesota keeps extending mask mandates and school not operating 5 days per week at times I don't see enrollment increasing. I see it decreasing. When was the $22,321,475 cost projection made? Increase that by several hundred percent. You might be paying for a $100,000,000 addition. This is a mistake! They talk about an increase in enrollment of over 60 students, those students left their district because their school tried the same thing MCC is proposing now! I agree they need more space but we don't need to go overboard. And how can we bash the current gymnasium? It's the nicest gym floor in the area! Ag2school tax in Minnesota is increasing dramatically in the next 2 years. This will cause a huge division inside the district, especially if you own farmland.

@@northwestminnesotan8997 For anyone that is not on social media, please have them call the district office and they can print out the information and mail to those people. For those on social media, there is a tax lookup tool that can be found at levyinfo.com/LevyInfo/ISD441_2021.php where you can input your parcel ID, and that will give you the proposed tax information for that parcel. The School board has more in person meeting for the months of June and July. The ones coming up are a business owners meeting on 5/27 at the Newfolden café at 6.30pm. June 1st at the Viking School at 6pm. There will also be in person meetings in Holt (7/25 at 11am) and the Newfolden Highschool (7/29 at 6pm).
