Thanks for watching! I am a local saltwater fishing guide that runs and operates www.GulfCoastKing.com out of Galveston Bay Complex. Let’s have a little fun on the Texas Gulf Coast! We're excited you're taking the time to check out our channel! I'm just a guy who grew up loving to fish and don't mind getting a little dirty! This is our story, not make-believe... I love my faith, family, friends, and fishing. Teaching and learning; anything that may help to see a new perspective of fishing is a plus! Feel free to ask me any questions in the comments section of the videos.
There was a comment about one of the viewers being there in a kayak , and there are videos of kayakers fishing the causeway. Just be safe and take precautions.
I'm not to use to message here bit soon I want a trip out an I like they way you do your thing. It's like being around my own family if that makes since
I didn't measure the fish this time and will make it a point to show you guys the length. After guiding for over 17 years on the Texas Gulf Coast, I feel I gauge a fish over all length pretty well, plus I was just too Hot from this Texas heat after a already long day on the water. Thanks for the comment and Thanks for watching.
@@TexasCoastal sorry if that sounded rude and I wasn’t trying to be. Fish look a lot smaller on film then it does in the boat. That is a good place to fish. We would tear off a piece f shrimp and put it on any jig head and get a little closer to the wall and we caught lots sheepheads!
I respect your opinion but I strongly disagree with the law. It is nonsense that 2 extra trout will ruin the gulf coast and has the potential of hurting the commercial fishing industry. Inflation makes things tough as it is. WHo will want to spend on getting just three trout. They should have kept it at five.
Thanks for watching hope you like the content. The boat in this video is a Gulf Coast 23ft Variside. I also have and run a 25ft Gulf Coast Saber Cat in some of the newer video you can check out.
Those new limits are a joke i hope they help the guides go broke they are the one's who fished croker and slaughtered the trout for years to get the limits where they are now .....rec fisherman didn't cause this a rec fisherman fishes when he's off of work guides job is to fish and catch limits every day......again I hope they reap what they sow
I really appreciate the comment, but catching and releasing don't bother me as much because eating 10 to 5 trout in one setting seems excessive. Freezed fish over fresh catch is not comparable. The daily bag being 3 per day will allow our fish to get bigger, and for me, that's a plus! I just hope the other guides that make a living to earn their life will be blessed and the families they raise doing it.
@@TexasCoastal y’all were gettin on em. Kinda would have been a decent compromise to ban croakers but keep our measly 5 trout limit. We use croakers every weekend but they are lethal. Three trout some days will come lightening fast.
I like to see the catches but you move your head too fast. Lastly, why don't you add your booking site information in under your videos so that people can easily book you?
