i have a query regarding alborg boiler..actually it is because of the touch screen display showing "comm. error" offline 1..then, i switch to emergency mode, but it doesnt work, i followed the procedure, oil pressure ok, it is igniting but it is not firing at all. there is no indication in the flame scanner that it' s firing..hope you will give me a suggestion regarding this..thank you

I have trouble with this equipment. After blackout can't ON. Power supply 220VAC is ok. Inside power supply LED is on. Output 24VDC is ok. But inside small display not indicating. The remote controller shows errors for temperature and viscosity.
