I am a gender and leadership scholar and professional life coach specializing in women's leadership and life development. On this RU-vid channel I offer short videos related to my doctoral research and coaching work on inter-personal boundaries and psychological safety of Gen-X and Millennial women leaders. My hope is that this content empowers empathetic, purpose-driven women to re-claim voice, value and purpose beyond toxic work, religious and family systems.

I really like the term "tempered radical." It encircles our ability to be mindful about not having a dichotomous group thinking... I wonder if being a tempered radical is more challenging in the US because pretty much everything is politicized and then polarized? (Of course, this is a rhetorical statement :) ) Thank you again for a great thought provoking video!
Your video exactly describes my leave-taking from my last church. In removing myself from the situation, I did more to highlight the dysfunction than I could by remaining in the system and attempting to use compassion to change the dynamic.
