When I bought mine, it was just one size and firmness. So, I can’t help you with that particular question. Buy it and try it. If you don’t like it, send it back. Problem solved.
I have a thing about putting something called snail mucin on my face! 😂 But I hear good things about it. I picked up the neutral and the orange-y Mac palettes. I may go back and get the colorful one because I don’t own carbon. Loved your haul and happy to see your face!
I just got my multi Ruby crossbody, and I’m so pissed. A part of my strap is missing. I don’t live in the US, but Canada, so I ordered & sent it to a US address, about 2 months ago, and just got it. I don’t know if Ilovedooney will send me another strap, because they’re such a TOTALITARIAN company. They lack EMPATHY, and are NOT ACCOMMODATING TOWARDS their CUSTOMERS! I have had a couple of shocking & disappointing interactions with them in the past.
