*btw you dont have to rush to him riggt ahead when the arcane clones appear because when you kill clone it summons small shieeld what is shrinkinf so you can actually go trough the shield system too*
Yeah definitely it is not a must to rush into him it is more of a cheesy way to do it. The proper way to do it like other classes with the same challenge is to actually kill the clones and walk into the bubbles so you are correct.
slow comes in after a few seconds if you actually reach him before the slow starts you can cheese it. If you are struggling to reach him as fast as me kill a shadow look for him and then reach him the same way pretty much.
Took me 9 tries but I managed to do it. Nowhere near as difficult as the greenfire challenge was in MoP, I don't know whether to be grateful is disappointed. Then again, there are far more challenges this time around.

I can clear p1 no problem, but i when i get to p2 i cant stop him from spreading the aids all over the ground and i dont have enough time to kill him, and im like 920 ilvl xD dont get this fight at all
If you do not have the legendary armor I recommend going with Demonic in last phase aswell to heal up the boss auto swings- GL ! and thanks for the guide :D
@Missing Link You have to time it right, otherwise you're gonna die just by a small touch... I had times when he just spawned the ice on me and i got deleted xd
Well, Phase 1 is just about getting used to it. It's pretty simple after many wipes, but still, I can't finish the Phase 2 because of the adds... I have 10700 Nethershards left, so I'll try 107 times more today/tomorrow. XD
Thanks, now I'm pretty close. I'm using the talents you've shown at the video, because Demonic does too low DPS. Best try was at ~30%, but I died cuz couldn't heal myself xD
I had him down to 30% at the end phase but I don't understand how you are doing so much damage in the beginning. I'm 899 with 2 leggos but I can only get him down to 30% before running out of space.
its actually really simple ... when u download it from www.tukui.org/dl.php just open the folder after its downloaded, then in another window open your wow system folder and the interface subfolder from there.. in the interface folder the only folder should be addons... now back to the window with elvui.. just select all of the folders available ( should be 3 ) and drag and drop them into the addons folder inside the interface folder in the wow system folder
Hello. I am looking for some help in the challenge. I can consistently get to the part where the corrupted shadow spawns. But I always seem to run out of room on the platform. I'm a 913 ilvl demon hunter and I really could use some tips on this.
Only thing I can see happening if you are running out of space on that gear is either you are really doing low dps or you are moving the boss sooner than you need to.
KazuHiashi with the nerf to wrists now i can imagine it is a lot harder to do such dps indeed. stack mastery is what i did for dps but something else might work better for you.
devmapall from what I'm understanding, you want less tanky stuff and more dps output? I think this is a little ridiculous that they made it a dps check rather than an actual tank challenge.
That's the sad part about it really. If you have tried the dps challenge it's exactly the opposite the problem is being tanky in our case having enough leech to stay alive while killing the boss. You don't really go for dps you go for sustain as much as you can and it works in the opposite way for tanking the dps check is the problem tanking isn't. Honestly I have only failed the tanking challenge because I haven't killed stuff fast enough and I fucked up after I have never really died because I wasn't tanky enough so yeah I'd say it is a bad design from them but that is the easiest way to finish the thing or was I haven't looked if they have implemented changes to it lately or something. Hope I helped at least a little bit.
devmapall yeah thing is I don't even want either of the weapons. I think they're ugly lol. I've got the warglaives and I'm waiting on BT timewalking for the mog
