my steel series rival 600 has all this built into its engine can apply acceleration and deceleration and 2 different dpi's as well as a toggle dpi button in the middle
I personally found it easier to note down what low sensitivity you like for micro adjustments and what high sensitivity you like for flicking and quick rotations. After that, divide your high sens by low and that's your limit. Keep your sens multiplier at 1 and your in game sens on your low sens value, then play with the offset to trigger the accel to your liking.
Hello there, can you help me? I play CS2 with 700 DPI and in-game sens 1. I installed raw accel, restarted my pc, launched the app and set it up as you showed in the video. Mouse DPI - 1400 (Changed it for raw accel) In-game sense - 1 sense multiplier - 0.5 Limit - 2 But when I launch the game it doesn't work at all for some reason. It stays at 1400 DPI, shouldn't the 'sense multiplier' lower it to 700 as it was set to 0.5? and the flick or movement feels normal as it should be on 1400 DPI. Seems like raw accel isn't working and I missed something. Can you tell me what? or is it me who misunderstood on the use case of raw accel? I thought the low sens experience will be the same but when I flick / move my mouse fast it will accelerate the mouse and when I stop it will go back to low sens.
@@JohnnyBoy-sy8jt Yes I restarted my PC and I can confirm that it was not disabled. After testing some things I found out it changes my DPI but the acceleration part is missing and again the DPI is too high and does not provide the low sensitivity experience. As my mouse's polling rate is just 125hz it could be the reason idk or it could be the settings too but for now I stopped working on it. I'll try it again once I get a mouse with a higher polling rate.
If you're using rawaccel depending on your personal needs, what I tend to use is motivity, and what I do is set my base sens low enough that when I'm single-shot clicking at a target at a long range (sustained semi-auto sniping) that I get zero mouse travel from the clicking due to the low sens and low requirement to track the target laterally. Then what you do is you adjust your motivity and growth rate on the basis of how fast you want that sensitivity to change when your mouse movement leaves "base sens" and you need to for example change your perspective to hit targets who are closer and moving laterally. The midpoint is what you would call the "boundary" of base sens, your base sens boundary should be small enough that it does not limit the speed of travel of your perspective when tracking moving targets at medium range, however it should enable you to have rock solid aim at a distance when sniping. It is entirely possible to have a good curve where you can flick to look 180, have your base sens low enough to have solid, stable aim for long range unmoving or "less-moving" targets and still track targets moving laterally or perpendicular at medium to close range.
I didn't know if this would do much, but once I found the right curve for the right game, I instantly became unstoppable. I feel like CIWS now in some games, I have robotic precision with no oversteer, my aim is on target every time, headshots are easy, multiple targets are like bam, bam, bam, bam and no missing in very rapid succession. I now often reaction time-gank those OP NPCS in games like GTA Online where they have their reaction time and accuracy stats unfairly jacked up. I was always pretty good, and for an older guy I kept my skills pretty sharp since my Quake 2 days, but this is insane, I literally can't miss 99% of the time unless something else is happening that diverts my attention. It feels so good to have the edge on unfairly boosted AI in games, I was lobby fighting in GTA Online and I was easily able to fight and track multiple targets at the same time, neither got a kill or so much as any damage on me after four or five engagements with the same pair of enemies trying to attack me at the same time. I put off trying this because I was intrigued but I didn't know if I could get the right technical info for my mouse and apply it properly, if any people out there want info, use the logitech Gpro with this program, set it to the 1600 dpi mode, it works flawlessly, and it was way easier to figure out than I though it was. If you're "reasonably" good, in FPS games without this, you become a god with a good rawaccel curve profile.
This is a bit confusing. IM a player that plays on 1.5 sensiivity and 3200 DPI. The issue here is that it becomes huuuuugely different when applying these seetings. It becomes extremely slow.

can somebody help me so i put my dpi 1600 my desired dpi 400 my send 1.8 (cod) my high send 12 (idk what to put there?) limit is 6.6667 should i change hight sens ???
