Wish I would’ve watched this sooner. I took on a personal project of 35 shirts. Had to make them in 16hours. Was my first time using the machine, but I’m ready to upgrade. Using your technique I’ll be faster.
Hey Ma, I believe they recommended waiting 24 to 48 hours before washing after printing. Can we get a follow-up up wash test video after 2 days to see if it works better?
Inkjet printers use black pigment ink (water resistant) the other colors are dye ink (water base I think), that’s why they washed out. I use the inkjet printer when I’m making black only designs and it works great. I also purchased black pigment ink refill bottle and refill my cartridges for pennies. There are many videos on how to do it. ✌️
Other than the style of your font, which is cute by any chance?Did you have to purchase a special font to do the foam or is it just a font of any style
Hey hey! Great video just a heads up your mighty hoop is upside down, warning label should be at the top when its hooped... maybe you put the brackets on the wrong side (L) for left and (R) for right! Just dont want you to mess up your machine! I love Lalas designs too!
Etsy is saturated & when a shopper searches for an item, for example monogram hat, then clicks on your hat, Etsy’s search engine suggests 5 other hats similar to yours as a suggestion drawing attention away from your product. The fees are ridiculous. EBay doesn’t charge till you sell & you can have 50 listings a month for free plus EBay gets picked up by Google search engines. Mercari has no fees as well.
Can you do a video on how you began embroidering and why did you decide to purchase the Melco as opposed to other machines? Is the machine user friendly and did Melco send someone to your home to train you on the machine?
I tried to use the white foam and embroidered on a white sweatshirt with pink thread and I have a lot of the foam sticking out still. Do you have any tips for maybe a cleaner rip when pulling off the excess foam?
I have just purchase ET-2800 and it seem like when i print and then try to press the image doesn't come off on the product can you explain what i maybe doing wrong
@@VinylGlitzllc So I bought sublimation ink and sublimation paper I even have tried to dtf film and used the powder and the picture came out nicely but doesnt stick tot he shirts
With sublimation/ sublimation paper you have to ensure that your heat is set to 400 degrees. Press for typically 60 seconds. And if you’re pressing on a shirt/garment it has to have a high polyester count. I recommend 60% or greater.
@@VinylGlitzllc so i guess my next question is, is the ET-2800 even worth buying cause i feel like the class i took and the convertion they showed is inaccurate because i have done all they did and my design arent working on the cotton shirt they say it would be able to print on
Yes I would love for you to do a tutorial on your Melco. Also why you chose a Melco over the Ricoma. I don’t have either so I’m trying decide which one is my next machine. Thanks
Guys, I know she didn’t answer your question, but there are plenty companies out there where you can order DTF transfers from and you press it yourself at home. Just do a Google search for DTF transfer.
Hi, I'm just getting started with this so I'm still trying to find the right printer, what DFT printer do you have if you don't mind me asking? Also what if I get the eco tank 2800 sublimation printer to print as it has the white ink also, do you think it would work better with this method?
