Hi! My bag was lost on the flight number tt680 from Sydney to Cairns 18.12.2018. Straight away I applied about it in the airport. Nobody can find the bag 5 days already. Each call to the service customers I have to wait 20-30 min and speack with unqualified people, and can’t speak with supervisor. This is the worst service what I meet. In the bag there are babys medication wich we took for trip. Does any one in your company can help me???
