The sun goes down on Sun Hill. The last series was one of the best and it still stands up well years later in comparison with many contemporary TV series. Outstanding actors took part, some in more than one role over the many years. I wonder if we will ever see anything as consistently good again?
If ITV has anything to do with it then no. They removed this and replaced it with the shit they put out now. Let's replace The Bill, gritty, tense drama with some shit northern soap 3 hours a week.
