Oh no!! It's getting stuck? It hasn't happened to me. If I overstuff it, sometimes the zipper doesn't close as smoothly. Keep messaging them! You should always be satisfied with your purchase.
I guess it depends on how you're using it, but I have been using this for almost 2 years now and only needed to clean it once or twice! The material doesn't really collect dirt. Its also very easy to clean if for some reason it gets muddy.
The bag doesn't require much maintenance (which is why I love this as an everyday bag)! I've had it for about 2 years and only needed to clean it once or twice. I understand why you're concerned, I stay away from white clothes and bags as well but this material is pretty stain resistant!
Honestly, I tried it and its a bit loose. The straps don't get as short as I wish to make it work as a waist bag. I think if you have bigger hips/don't mind it being a bit loose it could work but I didn't like it on me!
I feel that! Dagne Dover's pretty on top of their paid social media marketing. So when their new collection is out, you'll probably see the ads for it on Instagram!

I think it will fit inside the bag, but it might not fit in the outside mesh slip. I have the iphone 8+ and the outside mesh slip is super tight with a case on and the 12 pro max is slightlyyyy bigger so maybe not. Hope this helped!
Sure! I hand washed, so I just took some soap and took a scrubber and lightly scrubbed and rinsed everything off with lukewarm water! It dried pretty quickly. If you have heavy stains I might recommend putting some dish wash soap on the spot let it sit for a bit and then proceed with hand washing. Hope this helped!
gurl you said alot of things I can relate and agree on! I was crushed before when their bandage color sold out on me. Think I might get this bag now that you showed it, but I can't decide between this color or Dune.

I own the Landon Carryall bag and I love it! All of the compartments are a dream come true. I never considered the Vida Cotton, but after hearing you talk about it, I'm kind of sold. Great video!
It’s the small! I’m petite 5’3” so the Large would’ve been a good travel bag but too big for everyday use. It’s extremely easy to clean! I got foundation on it already too hehe
