Great Scene. Great detail that a harmless looking woman is included. Delivers a little bit of an ambigious taste in the Viewer when it comes to the violence. So it's Not Just catharsis pure and simple to see children hurting creeps getting punished. Because it's not just some almost hysterically bad parody of this kind of evil. Hell, they could have put a friendly and sweet looking grandpa in there too or someone physically disabled whatever. Because pedos come in all shapes and forms. But it's the easiest for the fiewer seeing some discusting looking fat dude with bad teeth die..Ala the Yellow King from True Detective. No Mercy is what No Mercy means and it's up to the viewers to feel without giving them any further comments. That's just great writing.
That is crazy about the voting. Looked it up, and its real. Fined $50 the first time you dont vote, $75 after that if its repeated. Forcing people to vote isnt exactly the best idea as so many people have no idea what they are looking at. Hell, even half the people that currently vote have no clue.
I always hate seeing women driving in shows and movies. Women watch that crap and think that's how people drive. Making long running eye contact and looking at one another while carrying on a convo as if your not driving. Crap always freaks me out when I'm having to ride shotgun and carry on a convo with a gal driving. I'm like, "I know people in the movies do that crap, but you know the car is on the back of a trailer and they aren't driving right? That's how they can make those long face to face conversations.....but here in real life we're shuttling up the road at 60 mph with you taking three and four minute breaks from looking at the road with other women drivers going in the opposite direction doing the same thing. I'm not going to take offense if you don't look at me when I'm talking...I'm not a mom"
