However, this project of Titanium is one of the best they've promised to deliver. Jo bhi amenities batayi gayi hain is segment mei, vo class hain. If they do what they promise to deliver in 3+ yrs, considering the location at SPR, this would be a hit for sure

With all due respect to you, Gurgaon wasn't developed in a day. Also, locality's safety may only be declared when there are families who start living there and sharing feedback. It's too early for a comment such as this now
