Thank you so much for this video. I bought a C3 Complete on 29 April this year and there were no printed instructions in the box. Luckily I found your video as it shows the two filters. My Airclean filter looks different to the one in the video as it doesn't have the word REPLACE gradually showing as the filter gets dirtier. I turned the filter box over and the pad was black; so I replaced it. That's after using the vacuum about 27 times since I bought it. I'm a domestic cleaner and have 3 clients who prefer me to use my own vacuum cleaner. All the best to you.
You can either step on the light or on newer models you'll use the shut off switch on the handle. You don't want the brush turning on hard floor. Thanks for watching.

Bought the Edge Power Nozzle yesterday from Alex at Performance Vacuum. He helped me out after dealing for 3 weeks with another vacuum dealer and not ever receiving my product ordered. Performance Vacuum has a variety of central vacuums to choose from, a great showroom. Alex was knowledgeable and polite. He spent time with me, went over the different options I like the idea of the power nozzles are made in Germany and the hose in USA verses China. Is it self-propelled at all? When I put pressure on my Electrolux power head, it glides. I simply have to control it from there. Does this have the same functionality? I also have the power button at the handle. Is this the same, or can I find one with that functionality out there?
Just like your Electrolux it's not self-propelled. But you definitely feel the brush roller pulling it forward similar to the feeling of your Electrolux .

Thank you, that was helpful in diagnosing a problem. I tried pressing the play button on the heap filter, and even pressed really hard, but nothing happened. The bottom of the HEPA filter is gray and is just over a year old so it does need changing-Just not sure why that little play thing is not doing what yours did.
I absolutely HATE how the bag pops out when the lid is opened. It is not obvious enough and the lid can still be closed when the bag is not correctly seated. Thank you for pointing this out. I did wonder why the dust spewed into the machine (twice).
Henry has been imported to Canada and the U.S. for several years now with North American cords. I don't see a lot of vacuum stores carrying Henry yet, I bought mine on Amazon.
