The stupid Factory service manual shows the wrong location for the screw. I found the real location this morning. Then I came inside to look for a video to confirm that I found the correct screw. Thank goodness for magnetic screwdrivers.
I got the double deck version of this. It’s a great wing but the stock mount is questionable. On my car the metal on the trunk has too many stress points and I know this wing is gonna snap the metal eventually if I drive over too many road bumps
This may not be the exact same problem but I solved this by running a wire from the dimmer switch to a ground, then power/signal to the cigarette lighter. Seems like the wiring gets weak over time.
Dude, after you got all the new lines on and you filled up the reservoir, what you need to do is put a floor jack in the center of the chassis in the front and jack up your truck until your front wheels are off the ground completely, Then turn your key on to unlock the steering wheel, do not start the truck. Just turn the key to unlock the steering wheel and turn it slowly from lock to lock back-and-forth into you hear all the gurgling gone, there is air bubbles in your system there's nothing wrong with the pump. Turn the steering wheel from lock the lock two or three times, and then check the fluid in the reservoir, do not let it go dry top it off to the normal height and then keep turning your steering wheel locked the lock five or six more times until you don't hear any gurgling which means there are air bubbles in the system. Drop the jack and put the truck back on the ground, check your cap with your dipstick and make sure the fluid is correct, and go take it for a drive. I have a 2001 Dodge ram 1500 I just did that to my truck.
I just bought one for my 2010 Rolla LE. Never worked on a car in my life, but so far I did the audio overhaul (head unit, speakers, no sub), blacked out door handles, rain guards and the interior overhaul. Tomorrow I put in the new headlights, spoiler, black out painting and hood scoop. Next up will be a new exhaust (Borla) and cold air intake (Injen). Now I know why people love working on cars...this is awesome!
I have same issiues on my cbr fireblade 929 rr some days it does that other dayz it dont ...my battery wire aint loose though anyone what could be the problem help me please
Definitely, always use CHERRY JUICE, ie ATF+4 ONLY. No matter what anyone ever tells you. Every Dodge ram until 2002 and maybe afterwards, transmission and power steering. Trust me, my truck has had 3 trans and 2 PS pumps.
on my 1998 toyota tacoma when i press the brake pedal only the cab light turns on and when i turn on my running lights the left brake light and the cab light turns on but not the right brake light. and also when i turn the right turn signal on with the running lights off, the reverse light on the left taillight flashes dim too.
But you didn’t really exactly showed when you swapped 🤦🏻 im struggling on getting the metal cover off from on top of the bulbs you don’t show that which is very important too? Thanks anyways 👍
