The layer of gold leaf you buried in the middle of the stack (at the beginning of your video), never showed up in your . When making Mokume Gane almost each layer of the stack needs gold leaf if you want it to show up.
I think you could much improve your channel,, by scraping the music and talking through everything and slowly showing the products you are using.. Your designs are really beautiful..though 💕
you wasted many times to show every detail, for example 3 to 5 min i watched cutting a 4 triangle wire ???????? and also your taste in choose colors is awful, sorry you are so talented but you can choose harmonic colors to create this earrings
This is the closest thing i've seen to recreating boulder opal with clay and resin. I have a close friend in the gem world who specializes in boulder opal... none of the faux techniques I've watched so far even come close... but this one is pretty darn close!! Thanks for sharing it with us!! A quick suggestion... try either using a bit less yellow, or else tint the yellow slightly darker. I feel like you're going for a yowa nut look, which is one of my favorites! However, the yowa yellow isn't quite so bright... and a lot of the times there is less of it. I'd also maybe tint the filler opla just a little bit... the boulder jelly is almost never clear with its sparkles... That said, this is absolutely amazing!!! Thank you so much!!
