i live in Canada and my home was built in 1986. Could my popcorn have asbestos .Does anyone know when asbesots was banned from new construction in Canada .I have searched all over the internet and cant find it
Every photo was absolutely beautiful and elegant. This was my chosen colour scheme for my open concept space: white/ off white, mahogany, dark teal and turquoise. I loved it all. Thank you for such elegant ideas.

My washer is fed with cold water and the machine sets the temp. Has done for years. In fact I don't know if any washers these days have a hot water feed.
Decorative ceiling tiles is a no for me. Wood to expensive and new dry wall even more work. These are all a no for me. I was hoping something could just be wiped over them like mudding. Hmm
I'm amazed... Colgate whitening toothpaste on two old water marks on a pine chest of drawers. Took about 4 goes but I don't think anyone would really notice them now.
Thank you for sharing. I wanted to do this last year and actually couldn’t find the type of plaid ribbon I was envisioning. I’ve finally found it and I will be doing a more traditional blue plaid Christmas tree with cardinal ribbons as well. Yours is the only video I found including different colored plaid.
The bedrooms upstairs in my house have popcorn ceiling including mine and I hate it but my dad said that we’re not getting rid of it and that it’s normal :(

We're fixing our 1940's house up to put on the for sale market. We had asbestos tiles with popcorn. Our realtor told us that this would be a for sure obstacle in a sale. I removed the popcorned tiles (took them to the hazardous waste landfill) and overboarded with 1/4 inch drywall. Next I'll skim coat the drywall, and prime it and paint it.
@@interiordesigninfo1008 Just about finishing up doing a re-roof. Before I met my wife she hired a roofing company in 2011 when a hailstorm damaged the roof. The roofing guys actually let some of the cap sheets slide out of alignment The cap sheets ended up hanging over the flashing up to 15 inches. They used elastomeric waterproofing paint-on to cover the gaps in the cap sheets -- and it passed inspection. I had to use a roofing torch to peel the bonded cap sheets off the roof deck. It took four days to peel off 600 sq. ft. Now there's a snow storm coming this weekend so I gotta get cold adhesive cap sheets installed before it hits.
Thank you for this video! You spotlighted a garland that I needed. It's the one with the leaves that were burnished bronze, gold and patina green. I'd just gotten some long stems with those exact colors from Hobby Lobby, all leaves, and the garland was a perfect addition! Thanks so much!
