Mashallah this is nice I have been to Thailand 4 times and is one of my favourite countries that I have visited. I've been to Phuket twice and personally I think it is pretty polluted - for muslim travellers going to Thailand I would highly recommend Krabi/Ao Nang (much cleaner) because you can do the same tours as you did from Phuket as well. In fact, Phi Phi Islands is closer from Krabi than Phuket and you have more options for Island Hopping too. It is a shame that you didn't climb to the main viewpoint of Phi Phi Don Island because it is spectacular. As for the James Bond Tour, they would normally take you to Koh Panyee (Muslim Floating Village) for eating and there is a masjid there
