Acting like you didnt have months to prepare for one day (A Sunday btw) Deal with it and get over yourself. Stop being ungrateful and let people be proud of what they accomplished while you were just crying doing nothing.
How did your race go? This was my first Ironman 70.3 Was tough but so glad I did it best bit for me was 280 avg watts on a the bike, made my run crap though lol
