Is it weird for professionals to use this method? I thought this was for at home use. I once went to a person who tricked me that she did nails while she was just doing it at home and did my nails with this and it was the most awful thing ever, there was a gap in between my nail and the material so dirt came in I had to remove them after a week.
am curious about doing acrylic nails different from how they are done by step by step. Yes, it is true that they do not last since they always say to remove the shine from the nails, so that way they last much longer. Now when I do it, of course, I will let you know just as Well, if it's a myth, it's actually that you have to do that step because the truth is, I think it takes away the strength of your nails.I'll give you my results for sure because curiosity killed the cat and I'm really curious.
I have to say I am so excited to run across this video. I have watched thousands of videos over the years and I've never seen quite this process of doing the dual layers with the builder gel and this is exactly what I needed to see as I'm growing out my own nails while keeping them Secured with product. Absolutely love this and I am going to do this process in the near future. Subscribed!
OMG you make it look so simple and easy. I have everything and haven't even tried it once. I just keep watching. I'm not sure why ...I'm so weirded out about not doing it right that I won't even try it to fail...ugh tyvm much for your videos. For a beginner they are amazing!
Thank you so much! I'm looking forward to doing my own nails & then possibly my daughters. The last time I did mine & hers was in '97 with acrylics. Oh boy was I exhausted when done. I had do buff nearly half of the product off to get a natural look & shape! I did my daughter, her friend & mine! It was my first time, but after many hours they actually looked pretty good. And I'm not one for boasting in myself. The girls had a dance & were so excited! I do have a question though. After getting the length I want, I want to add color. Silly question, but do I use the primer next then color then the top coat? Thank you for your time & going at a pace that was perfect. God Bless you! Betty
I found a nail tech who does my nails exactly the way I love how my nails are done. It was a lot of trial and error with different techs lol. But worth it because I actually found someone I like.
Excuse me. Collogen nail balm!!! Where where where??? Amazon ? Omg this is awesome i need it ! my medication is making my nailz weird i hate it! This sounds perfect ! I bet if you left the protective layer on the nail they would last even longer and be shiny too.. Obviously it will wear and need to be torn off eventually but it's worth the experiment. Especially with the pinky or index since they get the most wear. Omg thanks for the video! I'm so excited! I thought I had to use a fake nail on top then the sticker polish. And I do not like fake nails. I only did it once and hated it. They all fall off at different times and feel so heavy on my finger tip. It feel like the nail bed is suffocating to me. I'm going to try to cut them in half! So I get more bang for the buck! It might look beetlegueisty but the sequal is coming out next year finally!!! (btw it's With Michael Keaton!!! Boom! You are welcome! Let the count down begin)
No! It's not just you!! every girl seems to buy a fresh pack of cotton balls and they go missing as soon as you actually need them. it's called Murphy's Law! I love him so much! he's so great! I've actually been looking for my nail polish remover that I just bought last week too and I can't find it🤦🏼♀️ doh!
OMG your back. I am so glad to see you back on here. I always loved watching your videos. I have rewatched your videos so many times. I hope to see more of you. TFS until next time 😊😊
What a cutie ! I’ve really missed you! I am glad you are keeping busy and I hope your little guy is sleeping through the night (I’m an auntie and that’s about all I know about being a new mom)
Thank you and congratulations to you too! It’s so easy to forget to care for yourself after having a baby. Sleep was my only form of self care for a while 😂
So happy about your little baby boy I’m going to be a grandmother this October and apparently it’s going to be a boy so nice to see you back and I’m sorry for your crappy experience but you probably do a better job of your self anyway
As a nail tech, I'm so sorry you had this experience at a salon. A lot of us aren't out here rushing our clients out of the chair and schedule appropriately to give you the best experience possible and make sure the nails are done right. They did you dirty, but please know this isn't the case for a lot of independent nail techs, we'd love to help you if you haven't been scared off permanently!
You’re so sweet! I didn’t want to be harsh on the tech, I don’t know the work situation. I know there are amazing nail techs out there. It’s so cool to know that one of them watches my video ❤
You have a beautiful engagement ring. What stone is it? I have a sapphire from ye olden days before too many lab grown stones were common, so although mine is dark, it does lean toward green rather than purple. It's beautiful anyway though. My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary and he gave me a garnet ring in an interesting more modern setting. It's lab grown so it's a gorgeous cool red. It's great that you were able to fix your nails. Sorry you had a bad experience at the salon. Congratulations on the peanut!
Thank you 😊 It was an anniversary/ having a baby gift from my husband. After I gained the baby weight my original rings don’t fit 😢 The center stone is a blue sandstone and the side stones are moonstones.
I've never done builder gel before and have some coming my way in the mail soon. This video was super informative. I can't use a nail file as I can't stand the sound or touching it. What kind of clippers did you use to trim your nails?
I have tried Ohora, Dashing Diva, Zinipin and Drizzle. Drizzle was the thinnest and my least favorite. For removal I use some acetone and baby oil to help lift.
Your nails will always feel weaker because any product is much stronger and break resistant. If you want to have strong natural nails then you are looking for maybe some vitamins and things like daddi oil, ibx etc
