this was well done but do know about the syringe-less technique? It’s dramatically better . Just load your j wire into the needle without the syringe and once you see the needle tip enter the vein continue, under ultrasound guidance to advance the j wire into the lumen. No blood, no fuss, no loss of the cannulation while trying to disconnect the syringe.

2:51 The pressure under the wing does not increase. It's the pressure on top of the wing reduces more than under the wing and therefore the plane lifts.

Why would the size of the cylinder (LVOT) be able to tell us the stroke volume? Couldn’t you have more or less volume ejected than just the volume of the cylinder itself.
