In 2001, Kevin, a long time massive Sinatra fan, was invited to visit Palm Springs and the legendary Sinatra compound in Rancho Mirage. This five-acre estate was Sinatra’s home from the 1950s until 1995. It was during this trip that Kaiser and his family fell in love with the desert. Almost 20 years later, Kevin and his family call Palm Springs home.
Before moving full-time to the desert, Kevin was the founder of the largest boat, yacht, and RV dealership in Texas. During the decades that followed, the dealership was recognized for many awards, employing dozens of people and serving thousands of happy customers from their boat club, sailing school, and sales division.
