Ingredients: • 1/2kg (2cup) basmati rice soak for 1/2 hr. • Clean and keep 1kg chicken. Flavour will be better if u add more chicken. • Soak 8 red chilli in hot water for 1/2 hr • 10 garlic and 1 inch size ginger grind it to fine paste. • Add 150g Coconut oil, • 1tbsp ghee • add 3 cloves, • 3 cardamoms, • 3 cinnamon sticks, • 3 Kopak seeds, • 1 stone flower • 1 star anise, 1/4 tsp cumin • 1/4tsp fennel, • 1/2 mace. • 3 medium size onions • 3 green chillies, • 1 handful off coriander leaves, • 1 handful of mint leaves • 1.5 teaspoon rock salt, • 3 medium size tomatoes • 100 gms curd • add 1 1/2 cup water each 1 cup of rice • add drin off the rice and • add juice of 1 /2lemon. Close and Cook for 5 mins in High flame. Open the lid mix the rice from bottom to top, close it, keep some weight and cook in extreme low flame for 15mins. Turn off the stove, open the lid after 10 mins. Your ambur style Chicken biryani ready... Try this recipe and comment me how about the taste...
