Unfortunately, the subject of honesty and integrity is not required for the job of being a politician. The teachings of Baha'u'llah have given humanity the process of frank and open consultation and consensus building to govern the affairs of the community. As Baha'is we have to show this virtue in action and not just words alone.
Abdu’l-Baha also said that forgiveness and justice go hand-in-hand: “As forgiveness is one of the attributes of the Merciful One, so also justice is one of the attributes of the Lord. The tent of existence is upheld upon the pillar of justice and not upon forgiveness. The continuance of mankind depends upon justice and not upon forgiveness.”

36 years ago Dr. MAANI Saved my life in Vienna when I was a refugee there. He plant a seed in my heart at the time, that it has grown in me and has made me to be who I am now. I have never forgotten him and his kindness towards me. He took off his jacket and in Vienna when it was minus 30 degree at that time and made me to wear it when I had no clothes to wear. Time to time I search his name on youtube to just look at him and hear his voice, by doing that it reminds me of him. Such a remarkable human being and legacy he left behind. He has a wonderful family, wife, son and daughter who I have also not seen in many years but they also took me in to their house like their own child. Thank you for sharing his speech on youtube. Truly, Shoghi Effendi's translations into English are the most exquisite translation and convey closely the sweet savors of our Holy Writings. That's exactly how I learned English. First book I read and underlined was The Promised Day is come.
Dear Ganesh, thanks for your comment. Recently the House of Justice has released the English translation of this prayer and Luke Scott has song it with his beautiful voice and music. I am sure you can find it on the internet. I will try to add the translation in the explanation part of my post as soon as i get a chance.
