We were at this show. Our first Jason Isbell show and he did not disappoint one bit. Jason Isbell is truly one of the greatest talents we have been blessed with perhaps since Guy Clark. When he came out first we were shocked to say the least. When Jason finished without doing an encore we were very surprised/disappointed. Then when Father Misty came out with his stage show reminiscent of Prince in the 1980's we felt as if we were truly short changed. You cannot replace talent with a light show. You could tell we were not the only ones there to see Jason Isbell because a lot of the people around us left immediately after his brief set. Many like us stayed for three songs of Father Misty's stage act then left. The tour managements decision to do this was a HUGE MISTAKE. So many people were leaving the ushers actually asked us and numerous people what was wrong. We told them clearly we were upset about the order of appearance and they said it was not their call. Whoever is Jason's booking agent.... you obviously don't know what you have in this phenomenal talent and should be replaced immediately.
