Sir retina contains 10 layer 1is semitransparent due to melanocytes cells and other ten layers are transparent.. ...... So sir g... there is rods and cons.... are terminates from which layer of retina and then y these two layers are called pigmented and non pigmented?..... And till last only one layer remain 🤔that are called highly pigmented (black box effect)

If pt pupils are dilated & we dont know the drug. If his near is not blured it may be mydiatric drug. His Distance retinascopy rx & near retinascopy rx are different that drug may be mydiatric. Signs are vice verse drug may be cycloplegic
