Lima and in any mayor coastal city we can get a full-sunny-day during winter time going straight to the East for about 30 to 60 minutes by car.

Sorry can you clarify this, is this for people who have a residency in PY and live there as a tax resident , I assume that if you have a residency but dont live in PY or do any banking there then this is not a requirement ? I think people are getting shocked and confused by the way you put it there
