Hate to say it, but bodybuilding is the antithesis of health and fitness. There's also an unhealthy obsession with strength, in particular strength standards, with men gatekeeping strength and fitness. Saying you're not strong and not a man unless you can bench 225 lbs and that a man should weigh 200 + lbs is incredibly toxic.
