This guy is way smart. Smart enough to NOT know what he has been selling for the past 20 years has been deceiving. Stop & think about it. Once water has made it into basement the damage is done. Hey 20 yr Business Owner buy yourself a excavator and dig around the outside of foundation. Install ur footing perimeter. Drain tile with the right fabric with 3/4 washed rock to a collection point then it’s ideally gravity ran to daylight. If no grade then pump it from collection spot. Promise ya if installed properly not a single drop water will penetrate basement walls or under foot to floor again. Of course u already know all this and how it’s the proper way to fix the problems. Sad deal my dude.
People just don't get it. To take care of problems with water on the inside, start with the outside. There are a lot of companies selling bogus inside solutions for problems coming from the outside. Not sure why this is even legal.
Agreed. It shouldn't be legal. You should be taking care of downspouts, guttering, landscaping and hardscaping first before chasing the symptom. I couldn't agree with you more.
