If you think this is all shirt - you are welcome to get the exact same shirt and bench 500lbs. Wait, but there are men using the same shirt who bench 800lbs. Strange. Must be something like it's not just a shirt, or not. Who knows.
The world needs people like this to really highlight permissable nonsense and spur change. No idea how they could change it to stop this kind of shenanigan but they clearly need to do something
A single ply or multi ply suit for bench press is literally the same as swimming in an Olympic pool with flippers on.. and some races you can even have bigger flippers(Multi ply) I’ll never understand the bench shirt more than any other type of equipment to help.. I don’t get it? If you want to test your strength why don’t you go without the suit? P.S ONLY BETAS PULL SUMO AND BENCH WITH BENCH SUITS 🙏🏼
Congratulations on your Big 500 lb Benchpress great accomplishment in gear now maybe do a Raw competition to show your literal Real power Raw is best But it's ok to have a little fun with the support suit every once in awhile ❤
>If you want to test your strength why don’t you go without the suit? Because it's literally in the name of sport: EQUIPPED powerlifting. The goal is to test your strength with a suit, otherwise it would be called "RAW powerlifting". Educate. Same as goal of Pole Vault is to test how high you can jump with a pole.
When I clicked on this video, I had only the faintest idea what powerlifting was. I watched it and thought "I don't get it. What happened here? What is the narrator even narrating? Is this AI generated?" Then I looked at the comments lol.
Helicoptered a bit. Speedwise, I thought he had it. Maybe MB can shift focus to grip instead of stance (only blah blah mixed grip take note blah blah blah)😅
Suited lifts are so stupid it enrages me anyone would care what a person could lift doing it. I made a dual hydraulic cylinder suit just to prove I’m better.
@@pkboomer Of course they care. The people in this lifted suit competition are thinking nothing else but how to improve the suit, not how to get stronger.
yo guys benched 90kg today with comp form at 78kg bw u think i got 100kg this year and my deadlift is 315lb 140kg 😭 seing ppl rep 600 for reps at my age is just demotivating anyways Keep training
Easy, at that weight to Bodyweight ratio, you can go hard out on the bench. You could run a high volume bench program like smolov Jr. with relatively low injury risk and build some good muscle.
@@loungeroomlifting2223smolov jr is a relatively high injury risk. It honestly is a terrible program. Plus most of the gains you get from it go away as soon as you stop benching 4x per week.He needs to spend a long time building quality muscle and following a more sustainable program
