Really great to finally see a quality construction 🚧 304 stainless Steele box and grills. I would recommend using an ash pan underneath to prevent scorching of the ground too🔥. So what is your warranty on this product since you said it will last a lifetime? Will you make future models out of thicker 304 ss? Does it come with a carry bag?
This smoker is not like the one I saw demoed , the one I saw had the smoke box tray in the front where you could add chunks of wood or charcoal for extra smoke.
Ok, good intentions. In my humble opinion this video had too much music and not enough action. I wish you would have really showed us more of the application of spices and cooking of the ribs. Plus more of the basting and maybe some tasting of the end product. Keep producing Bison videos!!!!!
Great video, good to see people talk about their passion! Only discovered these grills after watching a programme about an Aussie restaurant called Firedoor that cooks everything on them, including the salad and pudding!
J'essaie de comprendre le fire management et le meat management.. Si je veux ajouter du bois, on doit non seulement enlever la piece de metal mais aussi la piece de viande si elle est trop grosse pour etre tassée sur le coté... Selon moi il faudrait qu'un coté s'ouvre pour avoir accès au tout.
PID (proportional-integral-derivative) uses maths to predict the temp change so temps dont overshoot, so before it gets to your set point, it will begin to slow down the fan/augur to slow the burn, and then will kick it back on to maintain temp. That way the unit doesnt have to be programmed for a set fan/augur speed for a set temperature, since many variables will effect that, like external ambient temp, wind, how full the smoker is with meat, etc.. the maths figures it out no matter what conditions its used in.

Hi Anthony, I see you are a connoisseur, at House of BBQ Experts, we love connoisseurs :) As you may already figured it out, since House of BBQ Experts is appart one of the top 10 fastest growing companies in retail in the Americas, the guy speaking isn't the same who assemble the grills & smokers and neither the person who manage social media (me 🙂) is one of them.. It’s simply superior to everything else I’ve ever found. So I just located what may have been the last “BEAST” in the USA 🇺🇸 and it’s being packed up in Texas to ship to my ranch in southern Arizona ASAP.
