Setting Scoliosis Straight is a non-profit corporation founded to advance the understanding of scoliosis in children and adolescents. The foundation fosters patient and physician education via multicenter clinical research in the fields of scoliosis and other spinal deformities by supporting the work of The Harms Study Group, which is a collaborative cohort of worldwide distinguished surgeons who have dedicated their time to advancing the treatment of childhood spinal deformities. Through comprehensive, multicenter prospective research studies, questions regarding treatment approach and best techniques to achieve desired outcomes are studied and fueled by a commitment to be internationally recognized for the highest quality published research on new spinal deformity surgery techniques.
