But what if I am ready to serve notice period as co not ready to leave me early and now when extended joining date in next co. current company asking me to leave early.... In short they don't want to pay me....
Sir I work around 11 months for my previous company and after I left with a serving notice period, why tell me which reason will be best for this scenario

If your current workload is less and you think you can take up a major project, it may be fine provided you clearly define and agree with your boss that it will not delay your being relived on the last day as per your resignation
I am facing a problem and you need a solution for this. due to mine three year commitment my company not releving me but I got offer later others company and that company calling me without releving if any impact my future company any other option for early releving
